You're probably familiar with Klaviyo AI features, which provide insightful predictive data, analytics, and support for account warming and A/B testing. It also helps create captivating subject lines and define segments effortlessly. And guess what? The Klaviyo AI is only going to get better, making it even easier to make great emails with just a couple of clicks.
Klaviyo Portfolio
One of the most exciting features coming in 2024 is Klaviyo Portfolio. Especially interesting for email marketing agencies, it will allow having a better overview of multiple Klaviyo accounts. Not only it will facilitate the process but also will help create a whole portfolio reporting to compare the results across multiple accounts and gain valuable insights. A bonus: soon it will be possible to share profile or object data across multiple accounts. We’ve been waiting for this!
Email editor experience
Klaviyo email editor is quite intuitive right now, making it easy to craft great-looking emails. However, there’s always room for improvement. Expect a faster experience with better color picking and inline text editing features. Also, if you need any guidance in the app, it will become clearer with the new in-app guidance updates.
Other perks
In 2024 you can send your customers emails when their favorite item is about to go out of stock. Introducing the low inventory trigger, coming in 2024. Another great way to engage with your customers. Also, Klaviyo will improve the segmentation experience, by adding a segmentation preview. Now it will be possible to preview 10 profiles in the editor and estimate the number of profiles in the segment. Last but not least, a flow testing preview will be available soon, reviewing alerts before setting your flow live.
