Paveau has established its reputation for its collection of elegant home decor pieces. Known for its colorful glassware, Paveau stands out by blending sustainability with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. With a newly revamped website designed by Radikal, Paveau was ready to boost its customer engagement through email marketing. That’s where we came in—to give them a strong start with Klaviyo emails that would resonate with their audience and reflect their brand's effortless elegance.
Essentials for the success: the first steps
First things first, we had to migrate Paveau’s Mailchimp customer base into Klaviyo, since they switched to Shopify with Radikal. Importing the data properly, we made sure to divide the profiles into subscribed and non-subscribed. This way Paveau would only reach out to people who gave explicit consent (no accidental spamming on our watch!).
Next, we set up a branded sending domain for Paveau, making sure their emails looked professional and trustworthy right from the get-go. Since February 2024 it’s a necessary step for all Klaviyo users to stay compliant with the new Google and Yahoo sender requirements. After all, no one wants their personalized messages to end up in a spam folder.
The final step: Klaviyo training. Paveau’s team was completely new to Klaviyo. In our focused workshop, we covered the basics—how to build campaigns, manage lists, and track performance—and gave them some best practice tips to master the platform. And of course, we always stay available for any further support questions throughout the email marketing journey for all our clients.
Personalization and design consistency
A key focus of the email marketing strategy was maintaining consistency with the new website that Radikal had designed for Paveau. Their new website boasted a sleek, modern look with rich visuals that communicated their brand’s identity and the email campaigns needed to align with this.
We worked closely with Paveau to design templates that matched the aesthetic of their website: minimalist, elegant, and visually appealing. We also added generous spacing to the emails to create a light, airy feel, just like Paveau's products. Using Klaviyo’s personalization features, we created content that spoke to each recipient.

Our primary goal for Paveau was to set them up for success with email marketing and while we didn’t implement a full suite of automated flows, we provided them with a strong foundation to build on. The most crucial flows and segments we set up gave Paveau a starting point. Through our training and support, their team is now ready to expand on these flows and explore campaigns to improve customer retention and boost ROI. And along the journey, Paveau knows they have a partner they can rely on as they grow their email marketing efforts.
